I would like to commend Protect America for effectively and quickly resolving any issues that I have had with them - Protect America No Longer SUX. In fact I am impressed with how they have responded to the complaint that I registered.
As with any service, you should do your research and evaluate each company on its own merits. Protect America has a large number of satisfied customers that can vouch for its service.
If you are an existing Protect America customer and have any issues that you feel are not being effectively resolved, call their support number at 1.800.951.5111 and ask for a manager to help you resolve your issue. The company is putting significant effort into improving customer service and satisfaction. I am sure that you will get an outcome that you are looking for.
NOTE: If you do a search on the internet, you may come across some complaints against the company. Many (most) are from 1 -3 years ago prior to them starting to focus on customer service and while they were growing and training their support team. 5 or 10 online complaints out of 200,000 customers is a tiny percentage and probably is irrelevant.
